At Chantal-ized and Beautified Creations quality is our number one priority, so all products come with a 3 month warranty. If they are faulty just send through photos to receive your choice of a refund or product replacement if deemed warranted.

We aim to only use high quality products that are quality tested for 3 months prior to marketing, unfortunately for custom orders if using new suppliers we do not have the time to quality test, so  if there is an issue please let us know so we can correct it and discontinue use from that supplier. Please note that all items are hand made and human error does occur and perfection is not always possible, we try to our best endeavours to make high quality products but we are not computers so please be aware that perfection is not always possible.

 

We aim to have all orders completed and posted to you within 7 days of payment received, if for any reason there is a hold up from our manufacturers we will be in contact. Bulk orders may take up to 2-3 weeks depending on size.

 

Wholesale/bulk orders for business and weddings are welcome, wholesale prices start at 30 of the same item or 50 combination items. Email me at  chantalisedandbeautifiedcreations@outlook.com.au for a whole sale discount.

Postage is done via Australia post and posted from Wagga Wagga, NSW. all large packages come with tracking, if you have purchased a small item and need tracking details please contact us and shipping costs will be adjusted if needed.
