Since Covid, the personalised gift market has flourished, and I'm honoured to share what makes Chantal-ized truly special and unique to the others. 

1. This is my passion and full-time commitment alongside my beautiful ex 24wk premature 2 year old daughter who loves to help. I also work mostly with industrial equipment/printers and run multiple machines at once meaning your order receives the care and attention it deserves, with prompt turnaround even for wholesale requests. Having multiple machines running at once also saves me time, and you money!  Turnaround time is normally 2-10 days, up to 3 weeks for bulk orders.

2. Every creation begins with you. We'll collaborate on every detail of your design, ensuring your vision comes to life beautifully. I'll keep you updated throughout the journey, so you're never left wondering.

4. I'm constantly expanding my craft. I add photos to over 100 products via sublimation, I outsource DTF prints where sublimation isn't feisable along with embroidery to trusted local small companies to save you time and energy finding someone. I am equipt with an industrial laser cutting/engraving  allowing me to cut/engrave up to 3m in length (great for wholesale items), I also do wood working creating things such as cane holders for serving members, shadow boxes for castings, I have also started learning to sew and make basic things such as emu capes and daddy dolls then lastly 3D printing....I use every technique to make your piece uniquely yours without you needing to look for multiple companies to help you create the perfect gift/product.

5. I'm devoted to quality, communication and transparency. I carefully select suppliers and test every product. If something isn't perfect (I have OCD, so some things may look perfect to you and not me haha), I'll tell you honestly and work with you on solutions. You deserve to know exactly what you're getting before it arrives!!

6. Your loyalty means everything to me. As a heartfelt thank you, I occasionally surprise my cherished customers with complimentary gifts—it's my way of showing genuine appreciation for letting me be the one that helps you for every birthday, Christmas, wedding and everything in between. You will often find same names on product photos like cake toppers as I make them each year for the same clients!
