Since Covid, the market for personalised gift retailers has dramatically expanded. So, what makes Chantal-ized different from all the other retailers out there?

1. This is my full time business, not a side hustle. My equipment is industrial, and I have multiple machines to keep product turnaround prompt, especially for wholesale/large orders.

2. Each product is designed in consultation with you; once you have decided on a product, we will discuss the particulars of your order. That way, it's as perfect as you envisioned. I then provide updates on progress and postage, so you always know where your order is at.

3. My business motto is, " all things personalised with Chantal-ized". This means if you require something I don't currently have listed, I can design it for you as a custom request. Just send an email to info@chantal-ized.com, call or message on my socials to discuss.

4. I use many techniques to personalise items, and I am continually expanding. My current methods of personalising items include adding photos/designs via sublimation, DTF/DTG, iron on/HTV, engraving, etching, printing, graphic design, sewing, embroidery, oil painting, acrylic painting, wood/metal work, customised gift packs/jars, wood burning and laser cutting & 3D printing.

5. I am incredibly fussy about my suppliers, so I ensure products are quality tested and do my absolute best to make sure my products are of excellent quality. I am human, however, so if a product has slight imperfections, I will let you know and offer options. That way, there are no surprises when you get your order. Communication is essential and one thing I hold as a vital part of my business.
